Removed spark plugs to boroscope the cylniders. Checked and FIND tming WERE jumped damaigng the valves. Contatced VW technical assistance, removed the oil pan to check for metal in the oil. Very little found. It was determined that cylinder head needs to be replaced . Replaced cylinder head per VTA. OK 19.
