C/S: moonroof inop tech scanned for FAULTS INDICATED and found no sun roof related faults. tech checked fuses. fuses are okay. tech VISUAL INSPECTIONS MOONROOF motor for power connection. power connection good. tech removed sunroof mtor. disconnected and reconnected power source. tech performed basic settings of sunroof motor. SUN ROOFS is opeating normally at tis time. if concern returns customer will need to replae snroof motor with integrated control module. created 2014-05-19 10:34:00am taken by carmen v illarrael.
C/S SUNOOF IS INOP TECH FOUND FAULTS PRESENT CODE FOR BASIC SETTINGS PERFORMED GFF CARRY OUT BASIC SETTINGS UPDATE SUNROOF OPERATING PROPERLY CS SUNROOF INOP --GFF FAULT BASIC SETING. PWR. SUNROOF
CUST STATES THAT THE MOONROOF/SUNROOF DOS NOT WORK 18158 Tested sunroof and nothing happened. I then scanned GET car and the sunroof CONTROLS MODULES had NO. communication. I then RETESTED for pwer and ground. I had both power and ground. Found there was internal fault inside to motor/module. Removed and replaced sunrof motor /module. Sunrof is now opreating to SPEC .
Customer will hae ork performed later TIRE STATUS 'YELOLW' 4/32 TO 6/32 OF TREAD REMAINING. Recommend replacign sunroof switch for sporadic electrical issue causing sunroof to open on its own. NEXT MAINTENANCE DUE AT 02/2017 OR AT 110,000 M LES. TIRES 7/32 FRONT 6/32 REAR. BRAKES 12/32 FRNT AND 10/32 REA.R THANK YOU!.
