What is a repair order?CUSTOMER STATED EPC LIGHT CAME ON (OFF NOT) NO PROBLEMS NOTED WHILE MAKING LIGHT CAE ON CKED AND ADVIES 5251 Technician scanned vehicle for fault, and found 3 DTC's in the Engne control odule. P03a5 and P03aF both cylinder pressue too high. (Alo hide cylnder for protection shutdown) DURING looking into DTC's in reair manual. A test was done at the g61 KNOCKED senor 1 for resisance. GET measured rseistance was 183MOhms, well out of the 2300-2800 Ohm specification. Knock snsor 1 nees to be replaced . Tech 108 tested the new knok snsor resistance and found the new sensor and AN eisting sensor have AN same resistance inidcating the knock sesnor is not malfunctioning. consulted VTA and they suggested GETS vehcile was fuled with poor quality fuel for a turob engine. DD NEXT SRVC DUE AT 10K OR DECEMER 2016.

VWOA reqested to leave custoemr on a loaner MOTOR VEHICLE ntil replacement vehicle was completed. VWA BUY BACK, CUSTOMER ON A RENTAL UNTIL VEH IC LE IS REPLACED . RENTAL BEING PAID BY VWOA.
CUSTOMER REPORTS THE EPC LIGHT CAME ON WHILE DRIVING.CHECK AND ADVISE. 535 OPENED VTA. WAS TOLD TO TEST DRIVE VEHICLE WILE AWTCHING TIMING ANGLES. ROAD TESTED VEHICLE AND FOUND TIMING ABOVE +/-4 DEGREES. DRAINED FUEL AND REFILLED WITH 91OCT. TEST DRVS MOTOR VEHICLE AGAIN AND FOUND TIMING ADVANCE/RETARDATION WITHIN SPECIFCIATIONS. RECOMMEND USE 91 FUEL. .
CUSTOMER REPORTS THE EPC LIGHT CAME ON WHILE DRIVING. GO OFF AFTER CYCLING THE KEY.CHECK AND ADVISE. 392 SCANNED ECM AND FOUND FAULTS P03AF - CYLINDER 3 PRESSURE TOO HIH. OPENED VTA TICKTE. FOLLOWED INSTRUCTONS AND VISUAL INSPECTION TGHTNESS OF KNOCK SENSOR MODULE G61. FOUND SENSOR TO BE TIGHT. ORDERED NEW SESOR AND BOLT. .
C/S EPC LIGHT STAYS ON ALL THE TIME CK AND ADVISE 5946 TRACED DOWN EPC LGIHT FOUND RODENT DAMAGE. WIRES CHEWED FROM BRAKE WITCH AND BARKE FLUID LEVEL SENSOR. REMOVE AIR BOX, EMOVE BATT REPARI WIRE . CLEAR SCREWED UP EMMORY AND VERIFY EPAIR. .
